How the Scheme will benefit

Through establishment of Aryabhatta Science Centres in each of the 219 blocks of Assam, activities would be taken up in the interior parts of the State to help improve school science education in learning by doing-method and create scientific temper among rural masses and apply benefits of science & technology in their day to day life. Students would be encouraged to take up activity based programmes and to help them to participate in national level S& T programmes / competitions.
